Appeals and Denials Management, Registered Nurse, BSN, BSHS

Appeals all medical denials using InterQual criteria and medical prerequisite. Operating collaboratively along with members of the revenue pattern group, various types of payers to direct and handle the quality of medical and non-clinical denials, including underpayments so that you can maximize accurate and appropriate reimbursement, and perform reimbursement recovery and retention service. Evaluates, songs and styles denials, underpayments, prepare trending reports, and implement denial prevention programs. Functions in collaboration with all the Director of Case control, Case Managers, doctors, Finance, Managed Care, and multidisciplinary teams assuring conformity with documentation and teaching instance supervisors and healthcare teams as required.

Appeals and Denials Management, Certified Vocational Nurse, BSN, BSHS

Performed as a psychiatric LVN supplying behavioral therapy, knowledgeable in psychiatric problems, administering medications; psychotropic and/or for persistent and severe health ailments, doing legal chart audits; acquainted DOJ filing, Conservatorship, and all sorts of psychiatric holds within a center. Working with a Registered Nurse in carrying out admissions, tests, medical and psychiatric treatments, becoming element of an interdisciplinary group to provide follow-up attention within and away from facility. Specialized in geriatric psychiatric care and future Acute Care Psychiatric customers.

LVN administers medicine, performs remedies and patient attention obligations as prescribed. LVN Forensic Nurse

Obtaining forensic proof of sexually assaulted individuals of ages including babies to teens, addressing San Diego County to Riverside County places. Working collaboratively with north park Police Department, Chula Vista Police Department and Riverside Police division. Involved in a clinical environment assisting the medic in physical examinations and obtaining forensic proof, using proper collection techniques and devices while exercising accurate impounding protocols staying with police force demands. Providing supporting treatment to victims and people plus supplying resources for help and therapy.

Long haul Sub-Acute Care center carrying out all respiratory remedies on a blow-by, performing tracheostomy attention, handbook sterile suctioning. Utilized Flexi-Flo Patrol feeding pump, Zevez EZ Enteral feeding pump, and performed multiple Nasogastric (NG) pipe insertions.
