GTCThe Greenville medical Simulation Center (GHSC) exposed in 2007 at GHS and had been the initial of their sort in Upstate South Carolina.

Now on the second floor associated with USC School of Medicine Greenville on GHS’ Greenville Memorial health Campus, the GHSC functions as the local simulation center and it is a member associated with HealthCare Simulation South Carolina collaborative. Each of the GHSC’s 11 simulation rooms can be a virtual medical center environment, including niche rooms put up for Labor and Delivery, Intensive Care and Surgical treatment. Also, the GHSC hosts a 48-seat treatment area for performing medical jobs as well as 2 24-seat classrooms.

The center is equipped with the latest simulation manikin technology, including adult, son or daughter and infant client simulators, in addition to state-of the-art movie and data capture system for evaluation and debriefing of student overall performance.
