UnitedHealthcare SCO is a Coordinated Care plan with a Medicare agreement and an agreement utilizing the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Medicaid system. Enrollment in the plan is dependent upon the plan’s contract revival with Medicare. This plan is a voluntary program that's available to anybody 65 and older just who qualifies for MassHealth Standard and first Medicare.
