Medical Case Management is locally owned and operated. CEO, Janie Narvaez-McFadden a native Texan, is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Incarnate Word.

Our staff is certified in Occupational, Psychiatric and Case Management. We have over thirty years combined experience in surgical, medical, emergency room, occupational, telemetry, psychiatric (preadolescent to adult), chemical dependency and community outreach.

In the past twelve years MCM has provided case management and occupational services to clients in five state regions. We are dedicated to ensuring claims are managed for quality, cost containment and appropriate utilization of medical services thereby optimizing results.

Extensive experience with medical file reviews with Fortune 500 companies involved in class action litigation resulting in positive outcomes.

MCM also provides onsite safety training and injury prevention programs. These programs will assist the employer in identifying possible workplace violence and safety issues, which can impact job performance and the company’s assets.
